General Rules
Integrity in Action, Excellence in Practice
- Every student will have to behave in a disciplined, alert and cautious manner. Following the
rules of Mahila
Mahavidyalaya, coming to class on time, maintaining peace, will be the priority of every
student.
- Students will have to keep their identity card with them at all times. They will have to present
it at the time of
any inspection/check. Entry of any person other than the registered students in the school will
be prohibited. Parents
will be given admission in Mahila Mahavidyalaya after the permission of the Principal (for
necessary work).
- 75% attendance in each subject is mandatory to appear in the annual examination of the
University. In special
circumstances, 10% relaxation in attendance can be given by the Principal on giving proper
reason. Students not
following this rule will be deprived of the examination.
- It will be the personal responsibility of every student to pay all the fees of Mahila
Mahavidyalaya on time. If the
fee is not deposited by 31st December, the student herself will be liable for fine.
- Any student will be issued an admission card for the annual examination only when he/she pays
all the fees of the
Mahila Mahavidyalaya and obtains the certificates from the concerned departments and library.

Dues form)
- A student can be expelled from the college at any time for violating the rules of the Mahila
Mahavidyalaya, being
absent continuously, disturbing the peace and being involved in other irregularities.
- If a student, after taking admission, wants to take admission somewhere else in the middle of
the session, then she
will have to pay the outstanding fees and return the items and financial facilities provided by
the Mahila
Mahavidyalaya.

The Principal has the sole right to retain or cancel the admission of any student.
- If a student misbehaves with any employee, officer or student of the Mahila Mahavidyalaya
campus or participates in
any undesirable activity related to discipline, then the student will be expelled from the
college.
- A special committee has been formed by the Principal to monitor the Mahila Mahavidyalaya.
Indisciplined students
will be punished on the basis of the secret report of this committee. 11. If any item of Mahila
Mahavidyalaya is damaged
or taken to other places, the guilty students will have to pay its full price and doing so will
be considered
indiscipline and appropriate action will be taken.
- All students will be required to come to the college in proper uniform prescribed by Mahila
Mahavidyalaya.
- Use of mobile phone by students in Mahila Mahavidyalaya campus is completely prohibited.
- After availing the bus facility, the fee of the pre-determined month will be compulsorily
payable as per the rules
of transport.
